Description  
Mountain bike is a strong bike designed to perform for all types of country road. The practice of this sport can show you a way to both ecological and recreational mountain, and makes it possible raids on large gradients.
To make the ride more accessible from the first output, we will direct you more on raids and false-flat. We thus relegating the physical side of the rise in favor of the technical aspect and pleasant descent.

7 Adventures has extensive experience of mountain biking and has selected some beautiful sites that allow you to discover immense spaces. The descent is made in small groups supervised by a coach or more, depending on the number of participants.
